here to print out an order form for snail mail!The nominal size of these clear Red Oak plaques is 6" x 24" x 1" . . See the pictures for finishing ideas. Dens in our area have come up with unique and varied ideas for making the award special. I've shown the ceremonial arrow hanging on the plaque and the engraved brass plate to personalize it for the scout. Some dads have also added all the achievement pins that the scout earned as a cub so he can display them on the plaque. Since the oak is pretty hard, they would pre-drill some small holes in the plaque that allow the pin backs to be pressed into the wood without breaking the pin backs.
